Submersible mixer performance:

The mixer motor is submersible and horizontally installed. The motor is an all-coil motor with a gearbox reducer. The mixer can be raised and lowered, easily moved, and conveniently removed for inspection or service without requiring personnel to enter the tank or well.

The submersible mixer shall be a complete set, including the installation system and lifting device. The installation system consists of square steel guide rails, top and bottom supports, etc., allowing free adjustment of the mixer's lifting and lowering,and enabling the disassembly and installation of the mixer without draining the tank. The mixer is mounted on a bracket that slides on the guide rails as a whole unit, and the bracket can bear the entire weight of the mixer and all resulting thrust forces.

The lifting device is portable. The fixing device of the hoisting frame shall not be installed on the tank wall or the side working platform but on the top support of the installation system, including a lifting hook, hoist chain, and hoist.

Each mixer is provided with cable tensioners and cable clamps to prevent cable damage caused by fluctuations in the mixing flow.

The installation bracket and the lifting arm of the hoisting device are made ofAISI304 stainless steel. The hoist chain is made of stainless steel AISI316 material. Bolts, nuts, washers, rotary operating handles, and anchor bolts are also supplied as a complete set. Chemical anchor bolts shall be used for installation anchor bolts. The mixer installation system must be securely and durably installed; expansion bolts shall not be used.

The submersible mixer is suitable for the corrosive environment of municipal wastewater. It must be capable of propelling the flow of sewage or sludge,with a flow velocity at the tank bottom (300mm from the tank bottom) of no less than 0.3m/s. The mixer operates continuously under fully submerged conditions. It must also adapt to continuous operation, intermittent operation(with up to 20 starts per hour), and resuming operation after long periods of shutdown.

The submersible low-speed mixer operates smoothly without vibration. All rotating components, including the motor, shall undergo dynamic and static balance tests during manufacturing. The mixer should have low maintenance costs and long service life.
